Enquire
Complete the online contact form on our contact page and we will get back to you within 48 hours to confirm our availability. Depending on your enquiry, we'll share documents outlining our services.
2. Consultation
We will provide you a link to book a 1:1 video call with our head designer Eden to see if we are the perfect fit and talk about your wants and needs and your ideal vibe for your event. A questionnaire will be sent prior to the call for you to fill out.
3. Design & Quote
After our call, we'll provide you with pricing and design guidance that best suit your budget, priorities and venue.
4. Booking
To book with us we simply require a 30% non-refundable payment as well as a contract signed. (Note: this must be completed for us to hold your date).
5. Final Details
6 to 8 weeks prior to the day we'll meet (in person or via video) to run through all the details, review any changes to logistics and finalise your design plan.

I did also want to say a HUGE thank you for everything you did to create such a beautiful event. The whole event space was seriously elevated and everyone was really impressed. The fact I could sit back and relax... and know you had it all covered was amazing and a huge relief. The flowers were perfection and designs beyond what I could imagine.
